The East Suffolk Council offers details of Public Rights of Way notices within the East Suffolk area. These are limited to legal blocking up and amendment orders, and therefore no SZC or Windfarm PRoW amendments are shown. The information can be found at the bottom of the linked page under the section Public Notices about Public Path Orders.

This may not be specific to the SZC/Windfarm projects but is nonetheless useful information.
